Clinic Policies during the COVID19 Pandemic - Update as of April 1, 2021
In light of the new Corona Virus Pandemic (COVID19) and to reduce risk of exposure and contain the virus spread, the clinic will apply the following policies starting August 1st, 2020.
All office visits must be booked in advance, No WALK-IN visits will be allowed, so we can eliminate time spent in the waiting room.
All appointments requests whether online or by phone will be screened and booking will be done either for an office visit or scheduling a phone/ video call consultation.
Now you can book an office visit through online booking , please click on the link https://patient.medeohealth.com/booking/danton-medical-centre and choose date and time that is suitable for you. you will receive an email confirmation with your visit, no other confirmation will be sent. it is your responsibility to keep the appointment. missed appointment will be charged a "no-show fee".
Phone call consultations will be booked like any other visit, we will call you at the time of your call or up to maximum 10 minutes after. if you do not answer you will have to book another appointment., ( we will try to call twice )
We encourage all patients NOT to come to the clinic before calling first
We started accepting some non urgent office visits, you need to speak to our office administrator to find out if your visit will be accepted as an office visit.
Update April 18, 2021: Due to the recent stay-at-home Provincial order, office visits are very limited to necessary visits only.
